Our full Airbnb management is performance-based: the fee is 40% of profit – we only earn when you do. This covers the entire day-to-day operation, from guest management and cleaning to reporting.

Yes, with a purchase permit. We guide you through the entire legal process – from reservation to registration.
The final cleaning is usually passed on to the guest as a cleaning fee, so it doesn't affect your returns.
We agree our terms individually, in writing and transparently before you engage us – with no hidden costs. A long-term relationship matters more to us than a quick deal.
